Send Us the Napkin Sketch, We'll Turn It Into a Shirt
Someone walked up to our tent at a show and pulled up a photo on his phone of a rubber duck taped to his buddy's windshield. "Can you put that on a shirt," he said, "but make it say something about ducking my brother-in-law." That's a real request. That's also exactly the kind of order the big "veteran-owned" shops running out of a warehouse somewhere overseas can't touch. They can print you a shirt off a catalog. They can't print you your inside joke.
We Don't Do Templates, We Do Yours
A lot of the bigger patriotic brands you scroll past on your feed are running the same fifty designs through the same print run, dropshipped from who-knows-where, with a flag and a "veteran owned" badge stuck on top. Nothing wrong with grabbing a shirt off a rack. But the second you want something that's actually yours, your club's logo, your unit's number, the joke only five guys are going to get, they've got nothing for you. We don't believe in half-as*ing our shirts and hats, and that includes the one-off stuff most shops don't want to bother with. If you've been searching for custom t shirts and hats near me because you've got an idea and nowhere to take it, this is the part of the business we actually built for.
How It Actually Works, Start to Finish
You don't need a finished design to start. A napkin sketch, a screenshot, a description in a text message, even a logo somebody drew in Microsoft Paint back in 2009, all of it works. Send it over and we turn it into a real mockup so you can see the actual layout, colors, and placement before anything gets near a screen or a needle. You approve the mockup, then we run a physical proof so you're not guessing what the ink or the thread is going to look like once it's actually on the garment. Once you sign off on that, it goes into the press or the embroidery machine. Idea, mockup, proof, print. No guessing, no "trust us."
We've Put More Than Jokes On These Shirts
Most of what leaves our shop is exactly what you'd expect, dark humor, flags, stuff that gets a laugh at the show. But we've also embroidered a 9/11 memorial design onto a hat, run a shirt to raise money for a K9 and Mounted Unit, and stitched club logos onto gear for guys who wanted their whole crew matching before a run. Custom doesn't always mean funny. Sometimes it means putting something on a shirt that actually matters to the person wearing it, and we take that job just as seriously as the ones that get people laughing.
What It Actually Costs and Where to Start
There's no minimum order here. One shirt, one hat, or fifty for the whole club, we'll run it in-house either way. Pricing depends on how many colors are in your design and how many pieces you need, not some flat rate we pulled out of thin air. Screen printing and embroidery are both done right here, not shipped out to some third party, so the person answering your message is the same person printing your order.
Ready to see your idea on a shirt? Head over to our contact page, tell us what you're picturing, and attach a photo or a sketch if you've got one. We'll get you a mockup. We'll hook you up. ;)
