Why We'll Print You Just One Shirt, No Minimum

What's Your Minimum for Club Shirts?

We hear that question probably three times a week. Somebody walks up to the tent at a show, or calls the shop, or texts us a screenshot of a logo scratched onto a napkin, and they ask it like they're bracing for bad news: "What's your minimum for club shirts?" Big screen printers have trained people to expect a number back, usually 24, sometimes 48, sometimes more. Our answer always throws them a little. One. We'll print you one shirt.

Why We Don't Have One

Here's the honest reason the big shops need a minimum and we don't: their whole operation only pencils out at volume. A screen has to get burned, a press has to get set up, a cure oven has to run, and none of that makes sense for one shirt if you're outsourcing to a factory floor three states away. We own the press. We own the embroidery machine. A real person here pulls the squeegee and hits go on the stitch count, so the math doesn't change whether it's one shirt or fifty. That's the real answer for anyone searching custom t shirts near me no minimum: find the shop that actually owns its equipment, because that's the only kind that can say yes to one.

Same-Day Isn't a Slogan Here

We get why people are skeptical when a company promises a fast turnaround. Everybody has been burned by a big patriotic brand that promises quick shipping and then delivers a partial order 30 days later with a copy-pasted apology email. That's not us. Same-day and in-house aren't marketing lines taped onto a dropshipping operation, they're just what happens when the press, the shirt, and the person running both are in the same building as you. If you're at the show Saturday and need it before the tent comes down, we can make that happen, because we're not waiting on anybody else's schedule.

Who Actually Walks In Needing This

This isn't a hypothetical. It's the guy who's impossible to buy for, whose wife or girlfriend finally finds the one shirt he'll actually wear instead of shoving in a drawer, and she just needs the one. It's the six-man off-road club running 35s who wants matching shirts before Saturday's trail run and doesn't need, or want, forty extra sitting in somebody's garage. And it's the volunteer fire department that needs eight shirts for the guys on shift and shouldn't have to pay case-lot pricing to a corporation that's never met them, just to get something with their department's name on it. One gift. Six friends. Eight volunteers. We don't care where you land on that list, we print it the same way either way.

Send Us Your Design

We don't believe in half-as*ing our shirts and hats, and we don't believe in making you buy more than you need to prove it. So if you've got a design, a club logo, a department patch, or just an idea sketched on the back of a receipt, send it over. We'll hook you up. ;)
